Registration Prices 

Conference registration includes meals and access to all sessions except for the Tuesday morning off-campus tours. 

Regular attendee, Exhibitor or Sponsor 

Full conference $625 ($675 after 5/3) 
Single Day $300

Student

Full conference $350 ($400 after 5/3) 

Payment 

Payment is due at the time of registration and must be made by credit card. 

Cancellation and refund policy 

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to capstoneconf@gmail.com and conferences@utk.edu and received on or before June 2. Refunds will be provided as follows: 

  • Before May 3 – 100% refund 

  • May 3 to May 20 – 75% refund 

  • May 21 to June 2 – 50% refund
