Accommodations 

Conference housing is available at a nearby hotel and in an on-campus residence hall. In addition, there are many other hotels within a short walk or drive to campus. Special conference rates are available only for the two options listed here. 









Off-campus housing 

 A limited number of rooms have been blocked for the conference at the Hilton Cumberland House Knoxville. The hotel is 2 blocks from campus and a 10 - to 15 minute hilly walk to the conference venues. Parking in the UT parking facility across the street from the hotel will be provided upon request. Nightly rates are:

June 2, June 6 - $219/night

June 3-5 - $145/night

Hotel Reservations

On-campus housing 

Housing is available in the on-campus Volunteer Residence Hall. This facility has a mix of 2-bedroom and 4 bedroom suites with a common living area and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom accommodates one guest. A gender-inclusive option is available. During registration, an option to choose your suitemates is available. From the residence hall, it is about a 5-10 minute walk to the conference venues. 

The cost for this housing option is $175 total for 3 nights (June 2 to 5). Linens and towels are included.
