Registration for the 2026 GARD
Conference will open by Jan. 2026!
Below are the registration options and deadlines:
- In-person Early Bird Registration* (deadline 15 March 2026) = $350***
- In-person Regular Registration (16 March – 30 April) = $400
- In-person Late Registration (1 May – onsite) = $500
- In-person Student Registration (<1 yr since graduation) = $125
- In-person Late Student Registration (1 May – onsite) = $175
- Virtual** Registration (deadline = 15 May 2026) = $100
- Late Virtual** Registration = $150
- In-person Partner**** Registration = $100
- Complementary Registration (approval required) = $0
*In-person registration includes access to all sessions, social events, and a conference banquet on Thursday night, 11 June 2026. This registration also include access to the virtual platform (see below) and presentation recordings. There may be an additional fee for some workshops and field trips.
**Virtual participation will occur via a Zoom platform. Presentations delivered by virtual participants can occur in real-time or be pre-recorded. NOTE: All presentations will be recorded and available to virtual participants if they are unable to participate in real-time.
***Registration must be paid by either a credit card or U.S. bank-issued check – a receipt will be provided for the latter after checkout. If you must pay using another method (e.g., bank transfer, Venmo, PayPal), please contact Matt Gray (mgray11@utk.edu).
****Partner is a companion that is attending the 2026 GARD Conference, and is not a student or a professional. Partners can attend all conference activities (including socials and banquet) with an individual that has paid full registration as a student or professional.
