Event Registration is required in order to request an invitation letter for Visa purposes. Please go through the complete registration process and select the invitation letter option as you go. You will receive a follow up email with instructions to complete the process. Once you reach the end of the registration process, please check out using the Invoice/Pay balance later option. Once you receive your visa and are certain you can attend, you will be able to make your payment. If there is an issue with your visa and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know at conferences@utk.edu and we will cancel your registration with no fees or penalties.
