Payments

All sponsorships are in US dollars ($) and can be paid by credit card or check. 

 

Receipt

A receipt will be issued and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format following payment processing.

 

Confirmation Email

Once we receive your sponsorship, you will receive an automatic confirmation. 

 

Questions/Refunds/Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds for sponsorships.  For inquiries about the program please contact kirchhh@wsu.edu, youngjn@uw.edu, or acousins@wsu.edu.

University of Tennessee Employees:
Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Event Services is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.
NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with the Invoice option.  Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment.
Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number, there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount.  The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.

University of Tennessee Employees and Students
All UT employees and students should use a department account to register (and not a personal credit card or department PCard). For payment, register online with your selections added to the cart and check out with a balance due. Subsequently, email a department account number along with your name, NETID, and balance amount to: Conferences@utk.edu. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount.  The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds for cancellations.
