Abstract Presenters In order to guarantee inclusion in the final program one author must be registered by 13 December 2024. (One registration – one abstract policy)

Registration Fees
The Conference registration fee includes:

Access to all Conference Sessions
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks as in the final program
Lunches as in the final program
Dinners and socials as in the final program

Payments
All fees are in US dollars ($) and can be paid by credit card or check.

Invoice
The invoice will be issued and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format following payment processing. Please make sure to type the correct invoice billing address! A handling fee of 25% of the invoice total will be withheld in case a new invoice with amended data is requested.

Confirmation Email
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an automatic registration confirmation with the summary of the selected options. If you do not receive this e-mail, either your e-mail address was entered incorrectly or your registration procedure not completed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing: Write to kirchhh@wsu.edu, youngjn@uw.edu, or acousins@wsu.edu and include payment details. Refund of fees, less $50 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 15 December 2024 (23:59 EST). After this date, no refunds will be possible. No refund will be possible in case of no-show.
