Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee minus a $50 processing fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is received in writing to UT Conferences on or before September 20, 2020. After September 20, 2020, no refunds will be available. Substitutions are always welcome at no additional fee. Cancellations and substitutions must be sent to us in writing to Conferences@utk.edu, faxed to (865) 974-0264 or mailed to UT Conferences, Attn: Vision 2020 Conference, P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901-2648.
