You must choose either in-person or virtual option to complete registration. The in-person registration has a capacity of 150. September 1 is the deadline to change your selection (capacity dependent). The deadline for a registrant to change between virtual and in-person is September 1. After September 1, registrants are locked into their choice.
Payments Accepted
You can register for the conference here by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.
Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.
NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due. Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment.
Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
To qualify for a refund on conference registration fees, send a written request by September 5, 2024, to UT Conferences, ATTN: TN-NADD 2021, P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901-2648, or to conferences@utk.edu. An administrative fee of $40 will be assessed. No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitutions are encouraged.
