Forum Description:
The Quantum Computing User Forum brings together both users of the Quantum Computing User Program (QCUP) , and other interested parties in order to discuss common practices in the development of applications, software, and simulations for quantum computing devices and systems.

Registration Fees:

Completing this online form will register you for the Quantum Computing User Forum. Registration for non-US Citizens closes on May 15^th. Registration for US Citizens closes on July 3^rd.

Questions/Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds for cancellations. Program questions should be directed to Haley Calbaugh, calbaughhm@ornl.gov.  

University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.

ORNL Employees: Please do not use project codes for your registration fee. Instead, we ask that you use a credit card and request reimbursement.
