Free parking is available at the UT Medical Center.

Registration is complete and a seat will be reserved for you only when payment is received. Once payment is received, a seat will be reserved for you at this educational conference, and you will receive registration confirmation by e-mail from UT Conferences.

The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event. NOTE: University of Tennessee employees must check out with the invoice option and submit a department account number to Conferences@utk.edu to pay registration fees. Cancellations
To qualify for a refund on conference registration fees, send a written request by April 26, 2019, to UT Conferences, ATTN: Sullivan Lecture, P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901-2648, or to Conferences@utk.edu. An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed. No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitutions are encouraged.

Weather Policy
If inclement weather forces the cancellation of the educational activity, refunds of conference registration fees will be made to all registered attendees. Refunds cannot be made to individual registrants due to weather-related transportation issues. All registered attendees will be notified of weather cancellation via an e-mail from UT Conferences up to one day before the conference.

We are pleased to announce that the University of Tennessee College of Medicine (UTCOM) is collaborating with the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners to launch a voluntary, year-long pilot program that will enable UTCOM to report physician participation in CME directly to the Board via a partnership with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). This will simplify the process for physicians, who will not have to report their participation to the board themselves. Whether you choose to participate or not, you will still be able to log into the UTCOM credit tracking system to claim your credit.
