Registration

The International Symposium on Polymer Electrolytes will be held at the White Oaks Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada.

The conference registration fee is $650 for seniors and $350 for students until 5:00 pm on September 20^th. The fees then increase to $750 for senior and $400 for students.

• All sessions, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks each day
• Wednesday evening’s social event
• Dinner Monday and Tuesday evening

Attendees may bring an accompanying person to social events, not including the banquet, for $200. 

We encourage you to be comfortable as we spend a day at this quality education experience.  Business casual attire and a light sweater or jacket is suggested.

1) If paying fees by credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. This method is fast, easy, convenient and your information is secure.

2) If paying fees with a check, money order, or purchase order select invoice option at check-out. Please fax a purchase order to UT Conferences at 865-974-0264. All checks must be made payable to The University of Tennessee and drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. Dollars. An invoice will be sent to you by email. Payment instructions will be included.

Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event. 

NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due.  Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu.  Our office will initiate the payment.  

Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount.  The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration Cancellations will be accepted and refunds processed only if the cancellation request is received in writing to UT Conferences either by mail, fax, or email using the information below. The request must be received on or before September 16th, 2022. An $50 processing fee is assessed for each registration cancellation. After September 16^th, 2022, no refunds will be available. Substitutions are always welcome at no additional fee, but requests must be submitted in writing.
