The FY2026 INFUSE in-person workshop will be held at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from November 5-7, 2025. The workshop seeks to advance public-private partnerships by connecting the emerging private fusion industry to the unique resources at National Laboratories and US universities. The goals of the workshop are to foster connections among anyone interested in INFUSE projects, facilitate new connections between the private fusion industry and unique lab and university resources. Join us on the first day of the workshop for guided tours showcasing some of the state-of-the-art facilities available at Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Completing this online form will register your attendance for INFUSE Workshop. The registration fee is $250 until September 15th and $350 thereafter. Registration for US Registrants will close on October 10th, 2025. Registration for Non-US Registrants will close on September 30th, 2025.

Cancellation/Refunds:
There will be no refunds for cancellations.
University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
