Conference Cancellation Policy

To qualify for a refund on conference registration fees, send a written request to UT Conferences, ATTN: Grand Challenges, P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901-2648, or to Conferences@utk.edu. Cancellations received by January 1, 2025 will be assessed an administrative fee of $50 from the refund. From January 1, 2025 until February 1, 2025 refunds will be assessed an administration fee of $75.  No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded.
