Roommate selection: Unless faculty, specialist, or a Conference Committee Member, ALL attendees that are staying at the hotel are required to have a roommate. Please confirm your selection with your roommate prior to submitting their name. If you choose not to have a roommate, you are responsible for half of the cost of the room.
