Three levels of partnership are available:
Platinum- $2,250 (max 4 exhibitors)
- NOTE: Payment must be received by March 3, 2023 in order to avoid the increase to $2,500
- One six-foot draped table
- Table will be in the center of the main exhibit space outside general session
- Two complimentary registrations which includes access to all educational sessions
- Additional reps may be added for $100 each
- Reps wishing to receive CE credit must register for the conference as a participant
- Complimentary attendance for two at breakfast, breaks, and lunch
- Recognition at the conference as platinum level supporter.
Gold- $1,750 (max 6 exhibitors)
- NOTE: Payment must be received by March 3, 2023 in order to avoid the increase to $2,000
- One six-foot draped table
- Table will be in the main exhibit hall outside general session
- Two complimentary registrations which includes access to all educational sessions on
- Additional reps may be added for $100 each
- Reps wishing to receive CE credit must register for the conference as a participant
- Complimentary attendance for two at breakfast, breaks, and lunch
- Recognition at the conference as gold level supporter.
Silver- $1,250 (max 8 exhibitors)
- NOTE: Payment must be received by March 3, 2023 in order to avoid the increase to $1,500
- One six-foot draped table
- Table will be in the main exhibit hall along the windows
- One complimentary registration which includes access to all educational sessions
- Additional reps may be added for $100 each
- Reps wishing to receive CE credit must register for the conference as a participant
- Complimentary attendance at breakfast, breaks, and lunch
- Recognition at the conference as silver level supporter
Cancellation Policy:
All requests for cancellation of exhibit space must be received in writing. If UTGSM receives a written request for cancellation of space prior to March 3, 2023, the exhibitor will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after March 3, 2023.
NOTE: Payment must be received by credit card or check prior to March 3, 2023, or the price will increase by $250 per booth.

Weather Policy
If inclement weather forces the cancellation of the educational activity, refunds of exhibit fees will be made to all exhibitors. Refunds cannot be made due to weather-related transportation issues. All exhibitors will be notified of weather cancellation via an e-mail from UT Conferences up to one day before the conference.
