Event Information:
The CNMS and the User Executive Committee (UEC) are pleased to announce the 2026 CNMS User Meeting will be held in person from August 11-12, 2026. Please join us at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Knoxville for the opportunity to highlight research areas and exchange ideas - bringing together leading researchers, junior scientists, postdocs, and students. The meeting will also feature a poster session, a user group town hall to give researchers a chance to voice their opinions on the future directions of the CNMS, and topical workshops.

General and Postdoc registration is $250. Student (Undergraduate/Graduate/PhD) is $150. Registration will close on June 30 for non-US registrants. Registration will close on July 31 for US registrants.

Payments Accepted:
The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs will process all registration fees for this event. You can register for the meeting by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A detailed email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.

University of Tennessee Employees:
Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due. Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment.Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number, there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
