Three levels of sponsorship
- You can only reserve the sponsored faculty dinner, lunch, and/or exhibit space by completing the form below. Registration is finalized once you receive your confirmation email from the UT Conference Center.
- No verbal or email requests will be honored. No phone calls, please.
- Attendee list will only contain information from those who opt-in during registration.
Sponsored Lunch - $5,000
- Limited to one company
- Includes one exhibit booth and two reps
- Lunch will be held in a separate room from the CME-certified education
- The company may provide an industry-supported speaker, which will be managed by the sponsoring company staff
- The speaker will be given a 20 minute window to present during the lunch hour
- There will be no CME certification for this session and the UTGSM CME staff will not be involved in planning the speaker logistics and/or honoraria
- The lunch menu will be discussed with the company and ordered by the UTGSM CME staff
- The company will be acknowledged during the conference opening remarks
Exhibit Booth Space - $2,000 (Limit 13)
- Exhibit tables will be positioned directly outside the conference general session meeting room.
- Due to space constraints, the number of vendors will be limited to 13 tables
- The exhibit space will consist of one six-foot table, draped, two chairs, and access to electricity
- Each booth will be allowed two complimentary reps with the option of paying for up to two more at $100 each. The maximum is 4 per booth
- Reps wishing to receive CE credit must register for the conference as a participant
- Participants will have access to the exhibit area throughout the conference
- The setup time will be the morning of March 22, 2024. No early access is available
- Participant lists will only include the names of those who opted in
- The conference app will allow logos, photos, web links, and uploads of documents
Platinum Exhibit Booth Space – $2,250

- Platinum exhibitors will receive everything in the exhibit package above
- In addition, they will get their company name or logo included on our post card mailer
- Register before 12/11/2024 to be included in print
Cancellation Policy:
All requests for cancellation of exhibit space must be received in writing. If UTGSM receives a written request for cancellation of space prior to February 29, 2025, the exhibitor will be refunded less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be made after February 29, 2025.

Weather Policy
If inclement weather forces the cancellation of the educational activity, refunds of exhibit fees will be made to all exhibitors. Refunds cannot be made due to weather-related transportation issues. All exhibitors will be notified of weather cancellation via an e-mail from UT Conferences up to one day before the conference. Please also check the conference website, http://gsm.utmck.edu/cme/TargetedPain for weather updates.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Hilton Knoxville Airport, Alcoa, Tennessee
