This event will be held at the Cool Springs Marriott in Franklin, Tennessee on February 13 - 14, 2025. The Conference represents an annual event that brings together several Tennessee agricultural organizations. These organizations are Tennessee Agritourism Association (TAA), Tennessee Farm Winegrowers Alliance (TFWA), Tennessee Association of Farmers Markets (TAMF), Tennessee Flower Growers Association (TFGA), Tennessee Organic Growers Association (TOGA), Tennessee Fruit & Vegetable Association (TFVA) and the TN Christmas Tree Growers Association (TCGA).
The 2025 Pick TN Conference will have TRADESHOW HOURS to meet the needs of the various Associations' gathering times.
Premiere Booths
We will have a total of 12 premium booths; cost for this booth space will be $400 with no electricity or $440 with 2 days of electricity. Premium booths are placed in the highest traffic area with first access to show participants, these companies will receive an extra meal ticket.
Standard Booths
Standard booth space will cost $300 with no electricity or $340 with 2 days of electricity, after January 16th standard cost will go to $350. These booths will be listed in the trade show manual and receive 1 meal ticket. All Trade Show booths will receive a 6 ft table, two chairs and a wastebasket. Electricity will be provided by the hotel at an additional cost of $20 per day. Free wi-fi is provided in the trade show area.
Tradeshow Schedule:
Move in: Thursday, February 13, 2025 10:00am-12:00pm
Exhibit Hours: Thursday, February 13, 12:00pm-7:00pm and Friday, February 14, 7:00am-2:00pm.
Move out can begin at 2:00pm on Friday, February 14.

NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due. Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment.
Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
Cancellation Policy
The exhibitor fees are non-refundable. However, substitutions are welcome at any time. Cancellations and substitutions must be sent to us in writing. Fax notifications are also accepted (Fax to 865-974-0264).
