Event Description:
The 14th International Energy Agency (IEA) Heat Pump Conference will serve as the premier forum to discuss the latest technologies in heat pumps, and the conference will allow attendees to exchange valuable knowledge in market, policy, and standards information on related technologies. Exhibitions will be held at the conference to share product information and technologies.

You can register here by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.

University of Tennessee Employees:
Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.
NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due.  Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email:

If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number, there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount.  The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.


Questions/Refunds/Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made on or before 15 April 2023, there will be a 75% refund. No refund for cancellation after 15 April 2023. For inquiries about the program, please contact Brian Fricke, frickeba@ornl.gov. 

 

International Attendees:
Attendees traveling to the conference from outside of the US may be required to obtain a work visa. For more information about visa requirements, visit the US Department of State website: at Travel.State.Gov. It is highly recommended that attendees begin making travel plans as early as possible in order to allow sufficient time to complete the visa application process. According to the US Department of State, visa applications should be made no later than 90 days in advance of travel.
