Other Important Registration Information
- All attendees for the SCALE training courses must be licensed users of SCALE 6.2 which is available from ORNL/RSICC, the OECD/NEA Data Bank in France, and the RIST/NUCIS in Japan. Please request the software at least two months prior to the start of the training course.
- Full-time university students can register at a reduced rate. Professional registration fees are discounted $100 for each course over one.
- Class size is limited to 20. Course may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not obtained one month prior to the course.
- FOREIGN NATIONALS - Payment MUST be received at least one week prior to attending the training course. All foreign nationals must register 14 days before the start date of the training course they plan to attend.
- An electronic PDF version of all course materials is provided in the registration fee. All materials will be provided at the start of each course.
Refunds/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be offered if the training course is cancelled by ORNL. Email questions to: scalehelp@ornl.gov.

If paying for your registration fee by a wire transfer (for international attendees only) please, CLICK HERE to set up transfer. Specific instructions for mailing a payment will be included in your confirmation. Please send your peer transfer wire confirmation to Mindy Jackson at Email: mjackson@utk.edu, so we can track your payment.
If mailing a check, please make payable to The University of Tennessee and mail to P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901. Payment of fees must be in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank.

Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.
NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due. Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment. Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee, if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
