Please use the form below to reserve On-Campus Housing and On-Campus Parking for CLIIC. This form does not register you for the event. 

 

Housing on-campus is available June 1-6, 2025. This will be a semi-suite style room featuring double shared living options. The room comes with Twin XL beds, desk, dresser, Microfridge (combined refrigerator, freezer, and microwave), and trash can. The bathroom is within the suite. Linens will be included in the nightly rate. No housing is available before June 1. If you are driving to campus, a parking permit is required. All housing and parking fees are subject to Tennessee State Sales Tax. 

 

Residence Hall Housing - $75 per night

On-Campus Parking - $10 per day

 

Refunds will only be granted for medical emergencies. To qualify for a refund on housing and parking fees, please send a written request by May 23, 2025, to UT Conferences using the subject line: CLIIC Housing Reservation to conferences@utk.edu. No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitutions are encouraged.

On Campus Residence Hall Housing

On-campus residence hall housing is available from June 1 until June 6. University Housing requires that all rooms be shared. There are no single occupancy rooms being sold at this time. If you do not have a preferred roommate, we will assign you one of the same gender. Final housing assignments will be provided in mid-May.

Preferred Roommate

All rooms are double-occupancy and if you do not have a preferred roommate, one will be assigned based on gender. Per University Housing, there are no single occupancy rooms being sold at this time. 

Campus Parking

All overnight parking on campus requires a permit. The permit will be valid from either June 1-6  or June 2-6, 2025. Any vehicles without a permit will be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense. The campus parking area will be designated closer to the event and communicated via email. Permits will be available for pick-up at the front desk of the residence hall upon check-in.

Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Event Services is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.
NOTE: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with the Invoice option.  Please send the departmental account number we should charge to email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment.
Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number, there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount.  The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
