Registration Fee:
Registration is $50 for those that register before midnight July 16th. Registration will be $100 after this date or on the day of the conference. Completing this online form will register you for the Southeast Value-Added Dairy Conference.

Conference Description: The fourth annual Southeast Value-Added Dairy Conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee July 27-28. The event will bring individuals together from across the Southeast including dairy industry stakeholders, farmers, creamery managers, Extension professionals, dairy product buyers, and other members of the community. Keynote speakers will include UT alumni, and founders of Cowgirl Creamery, Sue Conley and Peggy Smith, and a welcome from TDA Commissioner Dr. Charlie Hatcher. The group will also have the opportunity to tour Hatcher Family Dairy on Saturday July 29.
Payments Accepted:
The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs will process all registration fees for this event. You can register for the meeting by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A detailed email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.
FOR UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE EMPLOYEES ONLY: University of Tennessee employees should register online and check-out of the site with a balance due. Please send the departmental account number email: Conferences@utk.edu. Our office will initiate the payment. Please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee. If you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting, please do not register with a personal credit card, register with a departmental account to avoid additional processing fees. For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
Program Questions/Refunds/Cancellation Policy:
To qualify for a refund on conference registration fees, send a written request by June 30, 2023, to UT Conferences, ATTN: Southeast Value-Added Dairy Conference, P.O. Box 2648, Knoxville, TN 37901-2648, or to Conferences@utk.edu. An administrative fee of $30 will be assessed. No-shows and late cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitutions are encouraged.
