R-MATRIX School 2025

Registration Fee: 2-Day option registration is $100 and  5-Day Registration is $200.  Completing this online form will register you for the R-MATRIX School 2025. Registration closes on April 18th, 2025 for non-US citizens and on May 2nd, 2025 for US citizens. Registrations will be limited to 30 participants.

We would like to invite you to participate in the R-MATRIX SCHOOL 2025 on neutron induced nuclear data libraries. This will be held between Monday, June 2nd to Friday, June 6th, 2025 at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Please note the R-MATRIX SCHOOL 2025 will be an in-person only event, and no remote/virtual participation will be accepted.

The aim of this school is to provide a comprehensive overview of R-MATRIX analyses towards different nuclear applications. This school is for both early career scientists (including postdocs), interested in specializing in this branch of nuclear data evaluation and also for other scientists in need of familiarizing themselves with basic concepts of the evaluation work.

Please note: The University of Tennessee Conferences and Non-Credit Programs is responsible for processing all registration fees for this event.

 

Workshop Questions/Refunds/Cancellation Policy: Workshop fees are refundable until April 18, 2025, and will be subject to a transaction fee of $50. Program questions should be directed to Marco Pigni, pignimt@ornl.gov and Dorothea Wiarda, wiardada@ornl.gov.

 

University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
