International Vacuum Insulation Symposium (IVIS) 2025

Welcome to IVIS 2025, the international meeting to support research, development, and commercialization of vacuum insulation technologies. Registration fees will increase by $100 on July 16th. Registration will close on September 10th.

You can register for the conference here by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.


Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations by August 22, 2025 will receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.  There will be no refunds after August 22.

University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.

Would you like to join the ORNL bus tour on Friday, September 12?

Please sign up if you would like to join us for a half day tour of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory on Friday, September 12th. Exact timing and tour stops are currently being decided. If you sign up, please note that a badging request will be sent to the email you input to register. Please fill the request promptly. All required badging paperwork and documentation must be approved before you can join the tour. We will be bussing everyone on and off the lab, and driving yourself is not an option. The deadline to sign up is Tuesday, July 15th, and the tour is free. Space is limited and dependent on approvals.
