Welcome to IVIS 2025, the international meeting to support research, development, and commercialization of vacuum insulation technologies. Registration fees will increase by $100 on August 18th. Registration will close on September 10th.

You can register for the conference here by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.


Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations by August 22, 2025 will receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.  There will be no refunds after August 22.

University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
