University Housing $59 per night

Housing will be available to participants for the four nights of the conference at a rate of $59 per night for a single-occupancy suite, in Brown Hall on the campus of the University of Tennessee.

Brown Hall is a Semi-suite style hall, and features quad shared and double shared living options. The Double-shared floor plan consists of two full size beds and bathroom, with two desks with chairs, two dressers and a microfridge. The Quad Shared Floorplan consists of four XL twin beds, desks with chairs, dressers, full size fridge and furnished common room. Linens will be provided for each bed. The linen packet includes 2 flat sheets, 3 towels, 1 wash cloth, pillowcase, pillow and blanket.

There will be cash sales available at various outlets on campus. A list of participating providers will be provided closer to the conference.

Parking Permits $38

Parking permits will be valid from July 29-August 3 in  G16 Garage Levels 1-5 only. A map will be provided after purchase that shows the location of the garage. Your permit will be emailed to you closer to the event for you to print and bring with you.

If you do not wish to purchase a permit for the entirety of the event, daily parking is available Monday through Friday from 7a to 11p to the public in the Vol Hall Garage. This garage is located at 1545 White Ave. No overnight parking is available in this garage and violators will be towed at the owners’ expense. The cost is $1.00 for every half-hour.

Cancellations

Fees associated with housing and meal plans are refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee until July 17, 2020. All sales of parking permits are final and will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations and/or refund requests must be made via email to UT Conferences and Non-Credit Programs at Conferences@utk.edu by July 17, 2020. No refunds will be issued after this date; however, you are welcome to request a substitution in writing to Conferences@utk.edu.
