This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and The University of Tennessee Medical Center.  The University of Tennessee College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The University of Tennessee College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 6 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

You can register for the conference here by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form. 

 

University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.
