2025 Smoky Mountains Computational Sciences and Engineering Conference (SMC 25) is to advance our understanding of the state-of-the-art in performance computing, simulation science, and data analytics and how these symbiotic disciplines are being integrated today into science and engineering research instruments.


Completing this online form will register your attendance for SMC 25. Registration for US Registrants will close on August 8, 2025.  Registration for Non-US Registrants will close on July 18, 2025.

You can register for the conference here by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.  An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form.


Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations by July 28, 2025 will receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.  There will be no refunds after July 28, 2025.

University of Tennessee employees please do not use a procurement card for your registration fee if you will be asking for a UT reimbursement for this meeting. Please email Conferences@utk.edu to begin the registration process and to pay with a departmental account. Our office will initiate the payment and begin the registration process for you.  For any credit card refunds processed due to not paying with a departmental account number there will be a 6% credit card processing fee based on the sale amount. The 6% fee will be withheld from the refund to the card used.

Submission of this information does not guarantee placement on the conference agenda.  All entries must be submitted by Friday, May 30, 2025.  Submissions received after this date will be reviewed and placed on an alternate list.  All entries will undergo review by the organizing committee, and only selected participants will be contacted regarding their inclusion.  Selected participants will be notified by Monday, June 9, 2025, to allow sufficient time for presentation preparation. Please note that submission of presentation information is optional, and if you are not selected to present, you are still cordially invited to attend the conference as a participant.
